rodaje de menos de 1 hora más el dia de navidad con rodaje en la carretera de las aguas de 10 km y  con la uelta a menos de 4.20 el km muy positivo.&lt;br /&gt;Además aprovecho para ir un dia a l trabajo corriendo, que creo que sera la clave del éxito.&lt;br /&gt;Y para rematar el domingo duatlón de montaña, con dos tramos de cursa a pie de 5 y 3 km, con subidas exigentes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br Así, entre Mayo y Octubre, tan solo salgo dos dias a correr ( además en competición), con lo que en el Duatlón del Europolyb me rompo muscularmente el cuadriceps.&lt;br /&gt;Resumiendo , como en septiembre tocaba BTT, hasta inicio de Octubre no salgo a rodar por lo que parto de menos de CERO.&lt;br /&gt;Las primeras cursas tengo malas sensaciones ( RUBÍ y MEDITERRANEO ) y los tiempos son desastrosos, siendo imposible seguir el ritmo de Montse, por lo que tengo dudas de poder completar el reto de bajar de 3.30.&lt;br /&gt;Hoy después de bajar de 45' en los 10 km de Sants soy más optimista y me planteo el reto con ganas, siempre que mi dolorida espalda me lo permita.&lt;br /&gt;Iniciamos este blog con la intención de tener a mano todos los datos de la Maratón 2009, y además 18'/><title type='text'>INICIO DE LA CUENTA ATRÁS</title><content type='html'>Después de mi debut en la distancia Maratón en el 2008(acreditando un tiempo de 3.36.11), y de la 6ª Maratón de Montse, que clavó con 3.50.52 ,la reacción al cruzar la línea de Meta fue dispar: Montse al dia siguiente quería hacer otra para bajar tiempo, y yo juré no repetir nunca mais.&lt;br /&gt;Pasado el calentón del momento siempre viene la reflexión, y el pensar que tampoco era para tanto, por lo que ya estamos preparando la del 2009 con un claro objetivo:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;BAJAR DE 3h30'&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: left;"&gt;El problema es el de siempre, con poco entrenamiento no se pueden esperar milagros, pero el reto esta ahí y el 1 de marzo intentaremos conseguirlo.&lt;br /&gt;Después de casi 5 meses sin correr y dedicandonos a la
